Injuries have been a bit part of West Ham’s first team squad this season, with Andriy Yarmolenko the latest big name to be dealing with a long period on the bench.
The Hammers seem to have more problems than most when it comes to injuries, with many of their key men currently unavailable. From Manuel Lanzini to the aforementioned Yarmolenko, the talent currently unavailable to Mauricio Pellegrini is astonishing.
Fortunately, though, it’s not all bad news. Indeed, West Ham have welcomed back a familiar face this week in the form of Andy Carroll. West Ham recently shared an image of the English forward in training on their official Instagram page.

This is sure to delight West Ham fans. Carroll has always been a fairly popular man at the London Stadium, and he’ll offer a very useful out-ball for a team that also has limited options going forward at present,
Carroll hasn’t been seen in a West Ham shirt since the summer, and so Mauricio Pellegrini will be eager to get him back in the fold so he can see what the Englishman can do.
